2011 Bass Phillip Gamay

每年只釀約150 箱,自實行自然動力法(也稱生物動力法)後,Gamay紅酒酒質躍進。淡紅寶石酒色,嗅有草莓與肉乾氣息,還帶些馬廄氣味,鼻息算是有細節與層次。酸度佳,口感相當複雜,中段嘗有甘草氣韻,可口同時也具有不錯深度,整體竟然有些Gevrey-Chambertin酒村風格,佳釀。(品酒時間:2014/02)。
