2006 Giuseppe Mascarello Barolo Santo Stefano di Perno

以來自Monforte d’Alba村的100% Nebbiolo釀成,葡萄約於十月中採收。溫控發酵,並經酵後浸皮萃取(約20-30天)而成,後於大橡木桶中培養約四年後裝瓶。酒精度14%。漂亮紅寶石色澤,聞有肉乾、焦油、煙燻、甘草與皮革氣息,背景有香水百合氣韻。飲用前已經先在電子酒櫃內(攝氏12 度)原瓶醒超過26小時,口感複雜,架構完備,啖有摩卡咖啡、蔓越莓果乾、菸草與煙燻龍眼乾滋味,尾韻綿長。搭配伊比利火腿很優。以「葡萄酒之鑰」攪動十秒,更加單寧柔順,質地淨滑。(品酒時間:2015/03)。
